BNT à demandé aux artistes de soumettre leurs chansons entre le 9 septembre et le 11 novembre. Comme l'an passé, un comité spécial (20 membres) composé de professionnels de la musique et de professionnels des médias a selectionné 33 chansons.
Les 33 chansons retenues se produiront en direct devant le jury le 23 novembre prochain

Demi-finale, le 14 janvier prochain,et finale en février. Les 12 finalistes sont déterminés par un mix Jury / télévote
